Country Manager 

Job Description : COUNTRY MANAGER NIGERIA FOR PHARMA 1. Ensure the achievement of agreed sales target product wise and territory wise of the country. Make business plan every month targeting doctor, Pharmacy and Institutions. 2. Ensure 100% execution of companys product marketing strategy, campaigns, customer coverage and customer service strategy in each of the territory under control. 3. To recruit new team members as per recruitment policy of HO, induct and train them as per HO policy and provide all the training reports to HO. 4. Conduct regular joint fieldwork with team members and during JFW (joint fieldwork) once again evaluate the customer list/customer coverage, customer-product selection and update the plans. 5. He Provide on the job training and improve each team member’s effectiveness in the doctor’s clinic and chemist counter to enhance generation of prescription for brands as well as ensure availability of our products with all pharmacies, chemist shops, whole sellers, sub whole sellers. 6. Country manager shortlist the products for registration after thorough market research by RCPA (right chemist prescription audit) and /or IMS and co-ordinate with regulatory department for submission of dossiers, dossier query reply and follow up. Ensure that products being registered in minimum possible time. 7. To Ensure compliance with HO policies in terms of reporting and reviews. 8. To ensure that self and each team member maintain and update planners and produce the same as and when asked by seniors. 9. He collect necessary market data through RCPA (right chemist prescription audit) /IMS and benchmark the achievements. Prepare sales budget. 10. Prepare Planning for sample utilization MR Wise/Product wise, investments in terms of Business proposals, local activity and keep a track of the same in terms of return. Produce reports as and when asked. 11. Ensure sufficient stocks maintained at all supply chain level i.e. pharmacy, stockiest, Manufacturing location. Co-ordinate with export officer for timely issue of EPOs as per lead-time. 12. To maintain healthy business relationship with customers like Doctors, Pharmacies, Distributors, MOH (Ministry of health) officials etc. and enhance the image of self and company. 14. Country manager regularly validate the return from Retention doctors through RCPA (right chemist prescription audit) and secondary sales increase. 15. Country manager to prepare launch calendar based on new registration received or expected and co-ordinate with PMT (product management team) for timely receipt of launch inputs. 16. Ensure that each team member is brief on launch plans and thorough detailing practice of input done before launch. Team member should have complete knowledge of product and able to handle the queries of customer. 17. Maintain the marketing office /Non Trading office (if available). 18. He should have to maintain records of all sale/marketing/activity/expense/sponsorship etc. related records and produce the same as and when asked by seniors. 19. He should have to understand the local laws of the country and ensure compliance with the same. So that business not effect at any point
