Chief Operating Officer

Job Description : COO HOSPITALS INDONESIA ( OPEN TO EXPATS) Reporting to the Board of Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of business operations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with the hospital's mission and goals, aimed at optimizing revenue generation and cost control. Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, including optimizing service pricing, increasing patient volume, and exploring alternative revenue streams. Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, insurance providers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical equipment suppliers, to foster strategic partnerships that benefit the hospital. Financial Management: Oversee the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cost management, to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities within the healthcare industry. Business Development: Lead initiatives to expand the hospital's services, such as the development of new healthcare programs, clinics, or satellite facilities, in collaboration with clinical and administrative teams. Patient Experience: Ensure a high standard of patient experience through effective management of patient services, access, and satisfaction. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hospital's compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards. Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing commercial team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on the hospital's commercial performance to the Hospital Director, Board of Directors, and government authorities as required. To succeed in this CCO (Hospital Group ) role, You will need to have proven track record of successful leadership at the Brand Manager or above in the skin care industry. Key Requirements: Strong technical and commercial knowledge in hospital group Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a focus on achieving results and driving growth Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders Proven ability to make sound business decisions, manage multiple priorities, and navigate through complex situations Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving industry Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. An advanced degree is a plus
