Finance Manager

Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER TANZANIA Preparation of financial statements in accordance with established schedule. Taxation and Business Advisory Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations bank, client, supplier & inter-company accounts. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies and other issues. Assisting in management of high profile client base by effective client liaison and business development. Ensure that effective internal controls are in place. Mentoring, guiding and leading junior staff. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory laws and rules for financial & tax reporting. Establish & maintain strong relationships with bank executives, auditors & local tax revenue department officials so as to identify their needs & seek full range of business solutions. Preferably a CA or else a CA Inter. 8+ years experience in Accounting. Hands on knowledge of bank related issues, taxation, overall management operations etc. Hands on thorough experience on Tally accounting software. Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment. Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence- ability to motivate team. Age: 35-40 years of age. Work experience in African Continent an added advantage. High level of integrity and dependability. Strong sense of urgency and result oriented. CTC to Company : Usd 30,000 per annum.
