Job Description : Dy. Manager - SCM " For A Reputed FMCG Company based at Central Africa. Qualification: B.COM OR Relevant. Experience: 10 years exp Key Requirements: > Open Bivac License as per agreed terms with supplier and co-ordinate with finance to make advance payment as per agreed terms. > Get all required documents for Bivac inspection viz – COA / COO / MSDS / Invoice / Packing List / BL / Feri / LOI etc. > Compare rates with Bivac declarations and other alternatives and present minimum 3 best quotations for SCM Head to Review. > SCM Manager to submit comparisons L1/L2/L3 to SCM Head will further negotiate best possible rates with supplier & confirm to Raise PO with Agreed Inco terms. > List of approved suppliers to be prepared and update every month with new additions. Supplier registration form to contain full details of the supplier along with contract details & Payment terms. > French/ Swahili language proficiency is highly preferred.
