Retail Director

Job Description : RETAIL DIRECTOR BARCELON SPAIN Looking for suitably qualified people eligible for EU visa, preference to Indians based in Barcelona and with more than 130 sales points worldwide, needs to hire a Retail Director with fluency in English and French. Depending on the CEO, your mission will be: • Definition, implementation and monitoring of Retail procedures. • Definition, implementation and monitoring of the operational plan and objectives set for brand expansion. • Promote and maximize sales and profitability of the stores with the aim of achieving the planned objectives. • Monitoring of KPIs, analysis of deviations and implementation of improvement proposals. • Monitoring of the policies of the visual merchandising area with the objective of aligning the different campaigns and commercial actions. • Leadership and management of store teams, developing their skills to achieve excellence in customer service and improving personal and group indicators. • Analysis of the competition. • Support to the expansion area in locating new business opportunities. • Continue positioning our stores as one of the greatest references in the sector both in image and in customer service and experience. You will accompany, manage and grow a team of 3 Area Managers Spain and 2 Area Managers France. Below, we detail what we are looking for in our ideal candidate... • + 15 years of experience in a similar position, highly valuing experience in the decoration and furniture sector. Experience managing retail teams. • University training in Business Administration or similar and specific training in the retail sector. • Great communication, negotiation, analysis and experience working in international environments. • You will need to spend a lot of your time in stores, so you will require availability to travel. • You must be passionate about the world of decoration and furniture, as well as be up to date with trends. We will highly value knowledge and experience in the sector. • French and English Advanced level.
