Job Description : CFO NETHERLANDS Open to candidates worldwide ROTO | The Sustainable Colorful Metal Family Group is an innovative and sustainable production company within the metal sector. The group has activities spread across 6 European countries (including 12 production plants) spread over five Business Units, achieves an annual turnover of approximately EUR 275 million and employs approximately 1,200 employees. In the coming years, the organization will focus on broad value creation: sustainability and digitalization of business operations and processes, improvement in returns, operational excellence, digitalization, people development and (sustainable) expansion through organic growth and (possible) acquisitions. For Roto Group we are looking for an enterprising, inspiring, connecting and decisive CFO who can lead the company through a new phase (sustainable growth, IT transition, organizational development, etc.). • (co-)managing the Business Units and overseeing the implementation of the strategic plan; • IT and digitalization: standardization and harmonization of systems and processes; • Implement and maintain the internal control, risk and compliance framework; • Responsible for Finance & Control, IT, Business Solutions, HR, Risk, Insurance and Tax; • Assessing investment issues; • Managing (possible) M & A processes from A to Z. • At least 20years of experience in a (comparable) broad CFO role; • Experience within an international production environment (not exclusively head office positions); • Experience within a (large international) family business is an advantage; • Possibly in combination with PE and/or BU or Division experience within a corporate; • Solid experience with implementation, harmonization and standardization of systems & processes (ERP); • M&A (transaction) and integration experience, portfolio management; • Change manager, experience with transitions (people, systems and processes, strategy). The new CFO has an entrepreneurial approach and exudes calm, confidence and seniority. He/she is pragmatic, energetic, connecting and an excellent stakeholder manager. This position requires a willingness to travel internationally within Europe (20-30%, in consultation).
