Proven experience in leading Kaizen initiatives and facilitating Kaizen events. Bachelor's degree in Engg with 15 to 20 Years of Experience. Proven experience in leading Kaizen initiatives and facilitating Kaizen events. Should have 5 years exp of Kaizen or TQM implementation.
