Job Description : Country Head - Sales & Marketing - International Business at Ind Swift Limited (GBU). Job Location -Staying in & operating from Tajikistan Experience:- Preferably with 10 years of relevant experience in the marketing segment (Formulation only) Qualification: PG / MBA Sales & Marketing Reporting to Senior Vice President/CIS Head International Sales Job Responsibilities:- 1.To increase the sales & Business 2.Responsible for International Business Development in the defined region assigned (Tajikistan) 3.Business generation - Marketing effort/Sales Responsibility / Team Handling 4.Meeting with local doctors. 5.Organizing CME with doctors. 6.Funnel marketing support to medical reps through on-ground marketing campaigns. 7.Ensure timely payments to company by helping process their invoices and transfer of funds. 8.The job involves staying in & operating in Tajikistan. KPI:- a)Revenue Target v/s Achievement b)Collections c) Activations Technical Skills:- Service Excellence Market Intelligence Team handling
