Human Resources Director

Job Description : HR DIRECTOR VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) As a Human Resource Director, you will play an important role in shaping our organisation. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be responsible for building and leading our HR management system, crafting HR policies and development strategies, and overseeing employee relations for high-level positions. Develop short-term and long-term HR development strategies Build the successor program and manage recruitment effectively Create and design the organisational structure, as well as job descriptions Build, develop, and assess the organisational culture and leadership Manage salary, budget, and compensation policies Handle employee relations, including complaints and interactions with trade unions Define and evaluate the company culture and working environment Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum five years of director/senior managerial experience in FMCG and manufacturing industries Proficiency in English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Analytical and problem-solving abilities Leadership and supervisory skills Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems Willingness to travel as needed Training and development expertise Effective communication and presentation skills
