Job Description : CEO INDIA A renowned, well-diversified conglomerate / group with over three decades of legacy in the engineering business This group company has embarked on an ambitious expansion, working to double its turnover in three years. *Role - Assume full responsibility for The Company's operations – P&L responsibility - Oversee Manufacturing, SCM, Application Engineering, D&D, Sales, IT, Finance, and IR Expansion to overseas markets - Spearhead transformational projects and growth strategies. *Reporting Structure - Directly reporting to The Group CEO - Direct reports: Functional heads from areas outlined above. The Candidate *Must-Have - Experience: Between 20-28 years (Not more or less) - Qualification: Fulltime Engineering degree (Mechanical, Production or Instrumentation) is mandatory, MBA preferred. - Experience: 3+ years as a CEO / Country head of a mid-sized 300 + cr organization - Must be managing P&L, Sales and Operations - Industry exposure: component, engineering, process manufacturing, and instrumentation sectors *Experience and Skills - Proven ability to drive significant growth and transformation. - Hands-on approach; readiness to tackle challenges head-on. - Previously associated with MNCs or reputed Indian MNCs. *Psychographics - Independent, result-oriented professional. - Collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills. - Takes full ownership, ready to roll up sleeves and lead from the front. - Compensation: Handsome CTC - Growth Opportunities: Directly contribute to and shape the aggressive business expansion plans over the next three years. - Impact: Play a pivotal role in modernizing the plant and enhancing the management of human capital.
