Job Description : Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for an owner-driven company Location: Gurgaon, India CTC :- 55 LPA Education Qualification :- CA Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the financial strategy to support our company's growth objectives. Lead the finance and accounting teams, ensuring the highest level of financial compliance and integrity. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to inform critical business decisions. Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial performance. Establish and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors. Lead the development of financial KPIs and reporting to provide insights to senior management. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements. Participate in M&A activities and other strategic financial initiatives.
