Operations Manager

Job Description : OPERATIONS MANAGER ZANZIBAR The role involves overseeing F&B, Retail Concessionaires and other income opportunities with overall responsibility for the strategic development, operational standards and financial performance. Our Ideal Candidate Must Have’s: 10+ years F&B and/or Retail experience 5+ years commercial & industrial sector experience in senior roles, ideally inclusive of Duty-Free retail and Food & Beverage operations, with a track record of developing industry leading teams. Exceptional communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships and to influence strategic development through the presentation of a clear and well-supported vision. Desirable to Have: Previous Country manager or similar experience covering Duty free, Retail and F&B Advanced Computer skills (MS office), PowerPoint presentation and MS excel. Degree qualified WSET 3 Advanced HACCP Level 3 certified Salary Package: Excellent salary package plus full expat benefits
