Job Description : FMCG BUSINESS HEAD BANGLADESH 25+ years experience Responsible for P&L for approx 800cr turnover. - This is a growth and sustenance mandate with the objective of not only maintaining the current position but also to further increase the market share. - The incumbent will be entrusted with the task of creating efficient systems and processes and an environment of inclusive growth which builds a culture of good values and commitment of the people, to achieve business objectives. - Drive volume, market share, as well as draft and implement strategies for revenue enhancement, identifies high-level differentiation strategies. - Lead the Brand's growth, adoption and stability in the region will be the key focus area for the role holder. - Formulation of sales and marketing plans, prepare and review regional sales budgets with the objective of achieving sales and profit targets and market share. Implementing sales and marketing strategies for increase of market share and profitability & drive penetration. - Anticipation of External Environment, including competitive activities and incorporating the same into tactical plans
