Job Description : Director of Manufacturing Operations (multi-site campus) $160-$180k base salary plus bonus GRAND RAPIDS, MI USA This post is open to candidates worldwide irrespective of race, religion or nationality. All we demand is that thye meet the job and working rights criteria -1,200+ employees (non-union) $400M revenue -Candidate will report to VP Operations while leading (9) direct reports -While this is not a "turnaround" situation, this campus needs an "industrial mindset" as it pertains to standardization (i.e. Value Stream Mapping, Visual Work Instructions, coaching subordinates to make financially cognizant decisions (data driven/process oriented) -Previous GM/Plant Management experience is required (Full Profit/Loss ownership)
