Finance Head

Job Description : FINANCE HEAD VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The Head of Finance oversees all financial operations, including strategic planning, goal setting, budgeting, and reporting to top stakeholders. Provide guidance and support for the company operation, businesses, system and internal controls Provide leadership to the accounting team to ensure appropriate recording of transactions in line with the IFRS and all regulatory reporting requirements Responsible for the timely reporting of monthly, quarterly and annual budget/rolling forecast working closely with the Business Analyst, Business Units, Sales and other supporting functions Responsible to direct and oversee all the financial activities of the company including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Cash & Treasury Coordinate with auditor for annual audit and provide the necessary information in order that the financial statement will be submitted on time to relevant external authorities Supporting the strategic planning, financial target setting, forecasting, budgeting, P/L management, cost savings, sales, financial analysis, and risk assessment Ensure compliance with Global Business Standards and ethical trading policies Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or CPA/ACA/CIMA qualification (preferable) At least 10 years experiences in Finance or Accounting with three years in managerial roles. Computer literacy with good experiences and knowledge of SAP IT industry knowledge with MNC experiences preferred Relevant financial accounting background with good exposure in auditing
