Finance and Operations Director

Job Description : FINANCE AND OPERATIONS DIRECTOR VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) The Finance and Operations Director will play a crucial role in building a shared services for all business in the country. Reporting directly to the Group CFO. Develop and manage the financial budgets and forecasts of the company Oversee the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements Develop and implement financial controls and policies to ensure integrity of the company’s financial data and compliance with relevant regulations Provide strategic guidance and financial expertise to the executive team to support business decisions Manage company’s financial risk and opportunities Lead the development of financial systems and process to improve efficiency and effectiveness Manage a team of 3 people Minimum degree of BA, BBA or equivalent degree in finance or accounting 10+ years’ experience in a financial role with seven years in a managerial role Previous experience in emerging market Demonstrated ability to lead and manage people Demonstrated managerial courage Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills Demonstrated ERP systems knowledge
