Job Description : GROUP CEO AUTO MANUFACTURING GURGAON 25-30 years experience Reducing dependence on one customer.- Identifying Business Expansion opportunities.- Putting in place the processes and systems required to be a world-class organisation.- Prepare Business Plan incorporating budgetary activities of all companies and seek approval from the concerned authority.- Remain current on all laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and guidelines affecting area of responsibility.- Conduct monthly review meetings, perform sales forecasting, develop and approve departmental budgets and capital expenditure budgets, and manage the company's Gross Profit and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA).- Give right direction to the Business heads. Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs) of respective company heads and ensure their achievements enhancing company's productivity.- Work and maintain close coordination with Head-Human Resources for setting overall man power requirement, head counts and other related matters such as recruitment, rehabilitation, retraining necessary human resources and obtaining approval from the concerned authority.- Maintain good relationship with the Company's stakeholders.- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics.
