Job Description : GM PHILIPPINES A newly created General Manager job has become available at a solar/renewable energy company. About the General Manager (Renewable Energy) Role: The General Manager oversees all the daily operations of Corporate Services groups and manages HR, Admin, Warehouse and Logistics, IT and Marketing. You must be passionate about delivering exceptional levels of internal customer service in support of the Revenue Generating groups. Corporate Services Groups – Human Resource, Logistics and Warehouse, IT, Admin and Marketing. Oversee day-to-day operations, assign weekly performance goals, and ensure their completion Lead and work with different teams to ensure all the support plans run smoothly. Create, review, and implement effective business support plans Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards Prepare regular reports for upper management To be successful in this General Manager (Renewable Energy) role, you must be able to motivate and engage the staff and ensure the staff represents and embraces values and understands our goals and measurables. As the General Manager, you will set policies, and operations, create and maintain budgets. Degree in Business Management or a master's in Business Administration 15 years of proven track record as a GM in banking or construction industries Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc. Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teams Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong working knowledge of operational procedures Ability to motivate and lead employees and hold them accountable Advanced level in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Spreadsheet
