Sales Manager 

Job Description : SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER BOTSWANA FOR PHARMA 12+ years experience Roles and Responsibilities A. Sales & revenue 1. Responsible for the assigned targets for Private market access products business through Assigned countries. 2. Build a Sales model direct or indirect to support the sales system which is in sync with the existing business in countries. 3. Work on short term ,long term Sales planning & implementation of same. 4. Responsible of Key accounts management at Namibia ,Botswana & rest of SADC. B. Business Development 1. Selection and tracking the development of ARV, Opportunistic Infections and Hep B/ Hep C products 2. Scientific update and rationalizing of newer products. 3. Interpretation of reports by Global bodies and forwarding to the stake holders. 4. Coordinating with R&D and RA for updates and other projects. 5. Preparation of Medical rationale for the new products and updating the Package insert. C. Product Development 1. Preparation of the marketing plan, communication, deliverables, Inputs for the products 2. Regular training for the colleagues for the products. 3. Coordinating with team for the CME/ eCME meeting and KOL engagement. 4. Participation in IAS, ICASA and other conferences. 5. Preparation and implementation of marketing budget. 6. Field work in countries for the KOL management, market know how and future changes / adaptation of in country guidelines. Initial Location will be Mumbai (Ville Parle) post orientation employee will be posted in Botswana.
