Job Description : M & A DIRECTOR DUBAI FOR ENERGY INVESTMENTS a holding group in Dubai, who are searching for an M&A Director to join their team and cover Energy acquisitions. As the M&A Director for International Energy Investments, you will help lead expansion efforts through strategic mergers and acquisitions. You will source and evaluate opportunities, manage due diligence, negotiate deals, and drive post-acquisition integration. Key Responsibilities: M&A Strategy: Develop and refine international energy investment strategies in alignment with corporate goals. Deal Sourcing: Identify and evaluate energy investment opportunities globally. Due Diligence: Lead thorough financial and operational assessments of potential acquisitions. Financial Analysis: Perform financial modeling and valuation for decision-making. Negotiation and Structuring: Negotiate favorable deal terms and structures. Execution: Oversee the entire M&A process, ensuring compliance and governance standards. Integration: Lead post-acquisition integration to capture synergies. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Stakeholder Communication: Report on M&A strategies and progress to executive leadership and the board. Risk Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Requirements: Minimum of 8-10 years M&A experience, covering the Energy Sector Candidates with upstream or petrochemicals experience will be prioritized M&A Banking, or Energy specific buy-side experience preferred Competitive tax free salary + bonus.
