Job Description : CFO NOIDA INDIA Chartered Accountant with 15-20 years of experience to lead our financial operations. We are looking for an expert who can carry out the IPO process on behalf of the company As a key member of our team, you will excel in managing investor relationships, raising funds. Your expertise in financial planning will be crucial in strategically planning IPO the company. With a strong background in SAP work environment, consumer-oriented businesses, and dealing with dealers and vendors, you'll thrive in this role. Your analytical skills will be instrumental in making commercial decisions, finalizing P&L statements, ensuring audit and compliance (especially in manufacturing units), and navigating the complexities of GST. CTC range is 1-1.5 CR+E Sops, reflecting the significant responsibility and rewards associated with this position.
