Job Description : LEATHER PRODUCTION MANAGER ALICANTE SPAIN • Production planning: Responsible for developing plans and strategies to achieve the company's production objectives. • Quality: It is the essence of this company. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality of products and services to exceed customer expectations. • Production and Efficiency: You will be responsible for keeping the production facility highly efficient by reducing waste. Results oriented. • Production Supervision: Supervises the daily operations of the production process to ensure that established procedures are being followed and quality standards are met. • Safety: You will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. • Delivery Time: You will be responsible for honoring all customer commitments for reliable and on-time delivery. • Cost management: Control the costs associated with production and look for ways to reduce unnecessary expenses without compromising the quality of the product or service. General knowledge: • Extensive experience in the leather sector or in a TIER 1 production factory. • Results orientation, high focus on preventive maintenance. • Highly familiar with cause-effect quality tools, why analysis, 8D, Ishikawa; to maintain reliable and safe quality level. • Very high technical experience and knowledge in production practices (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma). Requirements: • Degree/Bachelor in Industrial Engineering. • Training in Lean Manufacturing and Quality. • +12 years of experience.
