The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial leadership in a retail fashion apparel or similar industry and be passionate about driving business performance through financial strategy and analysis. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute financial strategies to support business objectives - Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies - Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as banks, auditors, and vendors - Lead the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting - Collaborate with other departments to drive business performance and growth - Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance Requirements: - CA or equivalent certification - 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a CFO role - Experience in a retail, manufacturing or similar industry - Strong financial analysis skills and business acumen
