Key Responsibilities: As the CFO, you will be entrusted with leading the financial strategy and operations while upholding the company's core values. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Financial Strategy : Craft and execute a robust financial strategy that aligns with the global goals and objectives, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. • Financial Oversight : Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports, statements, and analyses, catering to the diverse needs of the internal and external stakeholders. • Risk Management : Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks, maintaining compliance with industry regulations and accounting standards. • International Expertise : Apply your extensive experience with international organizations, adeptly managing currency exchange risks, and supporting its continued global expansion. • Leadership : Lead, inspire, and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration. • Investor Relations : Develop and nurture relationships with investors, providing transparent and comprehensive communication about the company's financial performance. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications: • Extensive CFO Experience : A successful track record as a CFO, demonstrating at least 10 years of experience in logistics or related industries. • Educational Background : A Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field, complemented by an RA (Register Accountant) title (or equivalent). • Business Acumen : Exemplary business acumen, demonstrating a strategic mindset and a passion for driving financial and overall business performance. • International Perspective : Previous exposure to international organizations or experience in managing finances across diverse geographies. • Leadership Prowess : Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide, inspire, and cultivate a high-performing finance team. • Analytical Skills : Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, coupled with meticulous attention to detail. • Communication Skills : Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with stakeholders and present financial insights persuasively.
