Job Description : CEO DUBAI A Fin-tech Company in Dubai is looking to appoint a new CEO to lead the business. Deliverables expected of the CEO: Lead the entire organisation Create the strategy and vision of the company Ensure financial performance and growth Manage the business operations Promote & implement social responsibility initiatives (ESG, D&I) Report to the Group Implement strategy to attract top talent and ensure employee retention rate is low Requirements: Must have proven experience as a CEO or Managing Director Must have worked in a Finance/Tech or Fintech company Must have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Must have in-depth knowledge of corporate governance and best practice Must be based in Dubai, or be willing to relocate
