Group M & A Manager

Job Description : GROUP M & A MANAGER FRANCE Open to candidates worldwide who meet EU work permit criteria, speak French and English and have African experience The group is a major player in the fields of mobility, health, consumer goods, infrastructure and energy, specializing in the African continent and generating €7 billion in turnover. Reporting to the Group M&A and Strategic Planning Director, member of the Executive Committee, and in liaison with the Investment Committee, your challenges will be as follows: prepare and execute mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate development projects with all Group units; source, analyze, set up, negotiate and carry out deals for the Group's Corporate Venture Capital fund; support the value creation strategy for portfolio companies; support the team on strategic subjects other than M&A; With higher education in finance such as a business school, engineering school or university, you have a minimum experience of 15 years in M&A (Banking, Corporate), private equity funds or strategic consulting. Experience and/or one for African markets will be appreciated.
