Job Description : MD BARCELONA SPAIN 20+ years experience Open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide Catalan company in the construction materials sector, located in Barcelona, ??is looking for a General Director: Currently, the property is looking for a professional to take over the general management with a medium-long-term project: Functions: • Development of strategic plans seeking the profitability and growth of the companies that are part of the group, in the medium and long term • Direct and coordinate the different businesses to ensure their alignment with the fulfillment of objectives • Implement continuous improvement, establish KPIs for each business unit • Thoroughly manage the tenders, in order to be the selected company and win the projects they apply for • Guarantee compliance with legal regulations and regulations that affect the company's business • Supervision of production processes, commercial operations, sales, marketing,... • Monitoring of sales, margins and other indicators that mark the evolution of the year • Analyze the financial situation of companies and manage budget decisions • Presentation of plans of business, new investments and projects before the Board • Promote a corporate culture where the priority is quality, continuous improvement and maximum efficiency • Ensure a work environment of well-being, commitment and motivation among employees • Lead the human team to maintain it motivated, making the most of his talent.
