Chief Technology Officer

Job Description : CTO MADRID SPAIN Open to Spanish speaking candidates worldwide 20+ years experience We are seeking a hands-on CTO who will lead the development of the products for a very early-stage start-up with a very strong investment base, do you want a challenge?. We’re looking for someone who has a strong “maker” spirit, wants to write code and knows how to ship things fast into users’ hands. The CTO mission includes building and leading a team of engineers by the end of the year, establishing company technology vision, and building a scalable architecture. Your Responsibilities • Setting company technical vision and leading company’s technological development. • Developing strategic plans and setting timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services. • Ensuring technology standards and best practices are met. • Ensuring company’s technological processes and service comply with all requirements, laws, and regulations. • Provide hands-on support to customers during technology implementation and optimization. • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop customized tech solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative tech solutions. • Collaborate with product managers, data analysts, and customer service to ensure tech solutions meet customer needs. • Strategic mindset coupled with a passion for hands-on implementation. • Lead and mentor a tech team, fostering innovation and skill development.
