Operations Head

Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD KSA A leading conglomerate in the food manufacturing business. Your role - You would lead multiple manufacturing operations, supply chain and quality assurance. Driving a cohesive strategy that maximizes efficiency, QA, operations management, continuous improvement, Kaizen and strategic leadership. Directs drives and manages plant operations for production with a focus on operating efficiency (OEE) and SQF (Safe Quality Food) production. Acts as the change leader for fresh ways of working. Implements lead and supports a lean manufacturing culture that aligns to the annual business plan. Must-haves - Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Knowledge of plant operations and food manufacturing processes, including engineering performance. Excellent knowledge of principles of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement and with a process improvement mindset. Ability to work in a team environment, managing multiple customers, and providing consultative and coaching skills across multiple locations and priorities. Strong project management skills – both strategic and tactical is critical.
