Job Description : Plant Head Location – INDONESIA Open to candidates worldwide *Rubber & Plastic moulding commodity only. -Candidate will be responsible for all activities at plant , production including planning, Quality , Development of new products , Costings, Customer handling and coordination, Line balancing, Production targets, HR,Finance etc Knowledge of OEE, P&L and Ebita. - Candidate to have relevant experience of Rubber moulding & Plastic Moulding Industry and should have worked as Plant head in current/previous organisation. -Qualification- B.Tech/ MBA -Candidate to have minimum 18~25years experience of Rubber & Plastic moulding Budget upto 35~40 LPA Handle OE customers
