Plant Head

Job Description : PLANT HEAD (O & M )- BURUNDI Job type :- Permanent Experiance :- 20+ years Bachelor degree in Engineering. ( Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical). Experience running large complex facilities in Gas, Petrochemical, or related industries. Direct experience in at least one, and knowledge of all other technical elements of the plant. Steam Methane Reformer, PSA, Gas Turbine and ASU would be an advantage. Minimum 20 years’ experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries. Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Plant Management positions. Must have extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill. Demonstrated ability to work in matrix organization, across functional and reporting relationships. Fluent oral English and excellent written English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage Understand all relevant EH&S regulations applicable to the facility and develop plans on how they will be implemented at the facility to ensure compliance.
