Job Description : BUSINESS MANAGER INDONESIA FOR PLANTATION AND FORESTRY The Business Manager (Plantation & Forestry) Manager will set a sales plan and be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and maintaining strong partnership with distributors. Lead the plantation business in Indonesia to drive business strategy for achieving above market and sustainable growth Manage sales team for driving sell-in, sell-out and consumption of products in plantation companies Ensure adherence of commercial and compliance policy and execute the strategy for achievement sales targets in respective area Ensure that dashboards continuously updated with data on sell-in, sell-out and consumption at customer levels with efficient distributor and key account relationship management from team Capture market insight and competition (i.e., distributor price, stock, program promotion and distribution) to the commercial business manager Identify trends, market situation and prepare for risk mitigation arising from competition, macroeconomic or customer situation To succeed in this Business Manager (Plantation & Forestry), you will need to be a strategic and analytical thinker with a proven track record in sales management within the agriscience industry. Bachelor’s degree from any major university with subject of agriculture (plant protection, agronomy, veterinary), plantation, forestry is preferred Three or more years of related experience in reputed companies for sales and marketing input to plantation and forestry companies Commercial and technical knowledge of the market and landscape on plantation and forestry companies Good interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills Results-oriented with good analytical thinking, self-reliant with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to analyse the market need and showcase entrepreneurial approach
