Strategy Director

Job Description : STRATEGY DIRECTOR UAE well-known automotive distribution and services business in the Middle East, is seeking a Director of Strategy & Excellence to join its senior leadership team. This is a new role for the organisation reporting to the CEO. Managing a small team, the individual will be responsible for developing and driving the growth strategy for the organisation. The business is currently on a transformation journey focused on expanding its offering in the value chain of the automotive industry to capture and provide customers with solutions that will cater for a broader range of mobility requirements in their daily lives. We are seeking an individual with circa 15 years of experience and expert knowledge in strategy development, planning and project management. He/she will have experience of developing strategic plans within a strategy consulting firm or bring experience of working in an in-house strategic planning role for the automotive or mobility sector – particularly distributors. Middle East experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite for this role.
