Job Description : Plant Head Location – MALAYSIA -Candidate will be responsible for all activities at plant , production including planning, Quality , Development of new products , Costings, Customer handling and coordination, Line balancing, Production targets, HR,Finance etcKnowledge of OEE, P&L and Ebita.- Candidate to have relevant experience of Rubber moulding & Plastic Moulding Industry and should have worked as Plant head in current/previous organisation.-Qualification- B.Tech/ MBA-Candidate to have minimum 18~25years experience of Rubber & Plastic moulding
