Job Description : Group HR Head Central Africa Salary: Up to $10,000 USD per month Experience: 20+ years Job Description: Our prestigious group of clients in Africa is seeking two highly experienced Group HR Heads to lead their HR functions. The ideal candidates will have a wealth of experience in managing HR operations and teams within the Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, Retail industries. African experience is a mandatory requirement for these positions. Key Responsibilities: 1) Manage and lead a team of 10-12 HR Managers to ensure the effective functioning of HR operations. 2) Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the group's objectives. 3) Design and implement performance appraisal systems, incentivization programs, learning and development initiatives, and recruitment processes. 4) Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the African region. 5) Act as a strategic partner to senior management, contributing to business growth and development. Qualifications: 1) Minimum of 20 years of HR experience, including substantial experience in HR management. 2) Proven track record in managing HR teams in large organizations. 3) Strong knowledge of HR best practices in Manufacturing, FMCG, Construction, and Retail industries. 4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5) Ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment. 6) African experience is a must.
