Job Description : HRBP NIGERIA 15-20 years experience The incumbent will be focusing on end-to-end HRBP activities and responsible for multiple stakeholders partnering. Brief requirement is as below: · Leading initiatives around annual process management (e.g. performance management cycle) · Responsible for talent management for assigned cluster identifying talent pipeline needs, supporting ongoing development of key function talent, critical talent retention plan · Providing HR support for business-based need and initiatives in employee engagement, compensation, process improvements, Learning & Development. · Drives organizational effectiveness goals, supports change management initiatives, consults on organization structure. · Ensuring adherence to global, regional, and local HR processes and standards. Requirement : · Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in HR Business Partnering in a manufacturing set up. · Extensive knowledge and experience of 15+ Years in talent management practices, including talent development, and retention strategies
