Job Description : Manager Banking & Treasury for company into Agro-Commodities. Location Based : Burkina Faso Qualification : CA (Chartered Accountant) must. Experience : Min 8 to 15 Years (Post Qualification) Job Proifle Banking and Financial Relationships: **Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure the smooth flow of financial transactions. **Negotiate banking terms and agreements to secure favorable conditions for the company. **Monitor and evaluate banking services and recommend improvements as necessary. Cash Management: **Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including managing working capital and short-term investments. **Monitor cash positions and forecast cash requirements to meet operational needs. Treasury Operations: **Oversee all treasury functions, including risk management, foreign exchange, and interest rate management. **Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies. **Implement and manage effective cash and liquidity management tools and systems. Financial Analysis: **Perform financial analysis to identify opportunities, assess risk, and support strategic decision-making. **Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and financial models to assist senior management in planning and resource allocation.
