Job Description : PRODUCTION MANAGER UGANDA Develop & implement production schedules & plans to meet production targets while optimizing resource utilization. Lead & manage production staff, including supervisors, machine operators, and assembly line workers. Provide training and guidance. Diploma / ITI with 10 to 15 years of experience in the gumboot production industry. Proven experience in production management, preferably in the rubber or plastic footwear industry.
