Job Description : Finance, Accounts & MIS-VP Location: Hyderabad Experience: 20+ Years Qualification: CA,MBA Industry -Automobile /Manufacturing Software- SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Should have worked with the listed company with min. turnover of 800 Cr. Preparation of Budget, allocation of resources and control expenditure. Forecast future capital investment requirements to secure additional funding. Implement effective control and management of cash flow, overhead expenses, credit policies and working with vendors. Develop a proper audit system for effective control and eliminate fraudulent activities/ systems. Maintain MIS and prepare reports for management. Good knowledge and understanding of Govt regulations/ orders, Statutory requirements etc. with specific reference to the automobile/ manufacturing industry. Deal with various Govt agencies on all regulatory issues. Establish good working relations with external financing agencies such as banks, financial institutions for financing/ investment. Advise management on all financial aspects and implement management directions
