Your main duty will be to improve distribution across various channels, ensuring significant volume, widespread distribution reach, and individual store growth. Furthermore, your expertise will be employed to align distributors with sales growth plans, actively tracking their performance and collaborating with them to devise effective strategies for enhancing growth, addressing shortcomings, and uncovering new opportunities. Applicants should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in FMCG sales. Demonstrating robust business insight and analytical skills will be essential for achieving success.
