Job Description : OPERATIONS HEAD EGYPT FOR PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER PLANT 1. Successful implementation of Greenfield project from Engineering to Commissioning and stabilization of plants (Sulphuric acid, Phosphoric acid, Captive Power Generation, Fertilizer & Utilities) 2. Coordinating with Technology supplier, Engineering companies, Construction Contractors and various agencies 3. Safe Operation of all plants and Utilities and achieving the name plate capacity of plants Responsibilities Project stage: 1. Maintaining highest safety standards in operation of plants 2. Checking all drawings from PFD, P&ID, MB, HB etc and ensuring the proper flow of engineering and erection work 3. Providing training to operating and cross functional team 4. Achieving Process Guarantee parameters and stabilization of plant 5. Ensuring safe start up and shutdown of plants Post commissioning: 1. Achieving Daily, weekly, Monthly and yearly production 2. Controlling specific consumption of Raw materials and Utilities 3. Quality control final product and intermediates 4. Updating management on regular intervals about Safety, Quality, Quantity and stocks of products and intermediates 5. Ensuring the plant availability 6. Identification process issues and suggesting new solution in plants 7. Ensuring the plant Operation as per SOP 8. Manpower planning 9. Preparing OPEX and CAPEX Budget 10. Maximizing capacity utilization and on steam efficiency Preferred candidate profile i) Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputed university (4 yrs regular course) i) Proven track record of with 20 years & above relevant experience in plant operations Must have worked in Large scale Phosphatic Fertilizer industry mainly Sulphuric acid, Phosphoric acid & NP/NPK Fertilizer production i) Competency- SAP, PAP and DAP plant operations ii) Trouble shooting iii) Plant Operations knowledge iv) Experience in various Unit operations and equipments like converter, absorber, blowers, fans, Turbines, Filters, Granulators, Pumps etc
