As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the financial operations *** £60,000 - £75,000 per annum Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and analysing financial performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making Preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts Managing and supervising a team of finance professionals Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations Assessing and optimising financial processes and controls Collaborating with senior management to develop financial strategies and business plans Managing cash flow and working capital efficiently Qualifications: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills.
