Job Description : SCM UK Looking for worldwide candidate with the ability to obtain UK working rights A leading FMCG business based in Lancashire with a hybrid working model are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to join their team. As Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for the development and execution of the S&OP process across demand, supply and inventory planning within an exciting, growing business. Key Responsibilities: Lead S&OP monthly cycle, ensuring adherence to the business' S&OP strategy and collaborate with key functions internally to ensure the business is aligned and drive the execution of the business objectives Empower a team of planners to drive supply chain excellence across the group Create and manage forecast by base forecast by sales channel and geographic regions Create a 6-12 month supply plan that supports inventory requirements for each SKU Resolve significant critical supply-demand plan in-balances About the person: Ideally degree qualified or overseas equivalent Excellent demand planning and S&OP experience, ideally from within FMCG Previous experience managing a team Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills
