Job Description : Chief Executive Officer – Greenfield CCGT Project – Saudi Arabia · Project Information: $bn, greenfield CCGT project. · Responsibilities: Lead the SPV for an IPP project. Manage financing arrangements up to financial close. Lead the project execution activities for the SPV. HSE, Budgeting, Schedule, Quality and Consents. Lead the SPV and manage key stakeholders in an international company. Manage the EPC Contractor, Consultant, O&M and Off-taker contracts and relationships. Demonstrate excellent leadership skills. · Key Criteria: Bachelors Degree in Engineering/Construction. Proven expertise in the delivery of complex EPC projects in the GCC. Strong technical knowledge of CCGT projects. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Expertise in managing EPC Contractors and O&M Contracts. Fully conversant with PPA contracts. Proven leadership skills. Advanced stakeholder management skills. · Highly Desirable: Experience in Saudi Arabia. Previous experience as a CEO during the delivery of an energy project.
