Job Description : Chief Financial Officer – Greenfield CCGT Project – Saudi Arabia · Project Information: $bn, greenfield CCGT project. · Responsibilities: Lead the SPV for an IPP project. Develop, review and audit financial models. Manage lender relationships. Develop terms sheets, facility agreements, credit agreements and security documentation. Develop risk management strategies. Lead all financial due diligence for the SPV. · Key Criteria: Degree in Finance. 15+ years relevant experience. Fully conversant with lender relations, agreements and project financing. Fully conversant with the IPP model. Previous experience during the project execution stage of a large EPC project, in the energy sector, in the GCC. Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills.
