As General Manager your role will entail definition & implementation of industrial, commercial & social strategy ensuring optimal production in compliance with regulations, quality, costs & deadlines, across catering & food service departments. The Ideal candidate will have excellent communication & negotiation skills, has a good resistance to stress, can solve problems & assess risks, work in project mode & manage change, is customer focused.
