Job Description : EXPORT BUSINESS HEAD Export Business Head - APAC Location: Jakarta Reporting to: CEO APAC Reported by - 5 Team members Company Overview: a strong presence in international markets. We are seeking an experienced International Business Head to lead their international operations, drive exports, and effectively manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) of international business segment. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive international business strategy to expand market presence and drive revenue growth. - Lead the international sales and marketing teams, setting clear goals and objectives, and ensuring successful market penetration. - Oversee the end-to-end export process, including market research, product adaptation, pricing strategies, and distribution channels. - Manage and optimize the international supply chain, ensuring efficient logistics and timely deliveries to customers. - Build and nurture strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and clients to drive business development. - Analyze and assess market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions. - Responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the international business segment, monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-effective measures. - Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for international operations. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, legal, and operations, to support the overall business objectives. - Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of international business professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Overall, 10 Plus years of Experience with 5 plus years of experience in international business management, with a focus on exports. - Proven track record of achieving revenue and profit growth in international markets. - Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and business environments. - Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus. - Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
