Job Description : FINANCE MANAGER Location: Harare, Zimbabwe Experience: 8+ Years Supervise / Monitor all Day to Day Accounting Transaction & Entries Ensure Daily closure of Accounting task assigned to subordinates Act as a Controller for 4-5 Units RequiredCommunicate / Track / Resolve the issues between Operations & Back office on real time basis AR & AP Management Monitor Bank & Inter-company Reconciliation sign off Adjustment Journal Entries Monitor Recording for Fixed Assets & Depreciation postings Ensure full compliance towards applicable governing Law & Regulatory authority for the entity. Undertake reconciliation of payables and receivables (monthly) Physical Vs Books stock Comparison & Analysis Inter Company Reconciliation Monitor Archive of supporting documents for all recorded business transactions to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Periodic issuance of Debtors Ageing Report / Stock Ageing Report to thestakeholders Monthly / yearly closing of books of Accounts Attending Auditors query P&L Expenses / Expenses / Bank Charges Analysis AP / AR Management & Reporting IFRS application & suggest improvements in Internal control System
