Country Sales Head 

Job Description : COUNTRY HEAD SALES ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ANGOLA 12+ years experience · Proven experience in a Alcohol Industry, FMCG, Retails Sales, Field Sales, Order Collection from the Wholesalers or Retailers, preferably in a Sales leadership or supervisory role. · Familiarity with the local market conditions, consumer preferences, and distribution networks in the respective countries. · Proficiency in local languages. · Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. · Existing networks or relationships with key stakeholders in the alcoholic beverage industry in the country. · Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and travel if required. · Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. · Experience in preparing sales reports, market analysis, and inventory forecasts. · Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team further under him. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, etc · Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
