General Manager Plant

Job Description : PLANT GM VIETNAM ( OPEN TO EXPATS) Reporting to the Global Business Head, this position is key in leading the business expansion with multiple project transfers coming in the next coming months. Key Responsibilities: Manage P&L, daily plant operations, budgets and costs Be responsible and supervisor for all aspects of production management, purchasing management, quality management, warehouse management, inbound & outbound logistic management Be responsible for technical and quality assurance work and process improvement work in production, organise to solve and deal with problems found in time, and report major problems to management Organise and implement production plan and production target, be responsible for the production schedule of order, ensure the completion of production task Developing and executing strategies to optimise process and improve overall equipment effectiveness Maintain all established performance metrics (Productivity, Direct Labour Utilisation, Efficiency, On Time Performance, etc.) Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers Facilitate continuous improvement and lean initiatives Ensure strict compliance with all environmental rules and regulations Manage the overall safety performance of the facility and maintain compliance and Health & Safety Programs In order to be successful in this role, plant management experience with full P&L responsibility is required. 15 years above experience in industrial/ manufacturing engineering leading role Capable to drive deep culture change, track record of transformation and change management in the manufacturing environment Expertise and practical hands-on experience with Lean tools. You understand what it takes to create a lean culture to increase productivity through elimination of waste Experience leading and developing people
